So apparently, blocking became meaningless, because people can now read your tweets regardless of blocking them
and their terms updated, so now your illustrations can be used for AI unconditionally.
It's making rounds across twitter, Japanese artists are jumping to either Pixiv or Misskey (maybe Bluesky), while everyone else is just going for Bluesky. Bluesky reported getting over 100,000 registrations in 12 hours.
Newgrounds is also the place to be for artists, animators, composers, you name it!

Heads up: Blocking on Newgrounds works almost exactly the same as the new changes.
The only major differences is that 1. NG doesn't have a privating feature, 2. you can control which areas to block (ie. PMs, reviews, following, etc.)
